The Clan Giovanni represent a diverse cross-section of society. The variety of backgrounds in the family allows common backgrounds and obligations, but allows themes and plots to twist and grow while staying relevant and topical for everyone.
The advantage of the depths to which we explore themes may bear similarities to other families. A Brujah-esque sense of clan and a dedication to the family goals mark the Giovanni. These same traits also lead to strife and conflict within the family. Each member of the family trying to outdo the others and we all know how trying family can be.
The focus is on mood, pure and simple. We play out the lives of the members of Clan Giovanni with everyone's personal and professional struggles, failures, and successes in the open.
