This rumors page is storyteller moderated. When you submit a rumor, it will be sent to the storytellers for approval before appearing on the site. This doesn't mean you need to submit it again if you don't see it on the list. While the rumors are anonymous, your IP and DNS will be recorded, and abuses of the system will result in the inability to post additional rumors. Bear in mind that rumors are not a discussion board, there are mailing lists for that.
